(WE HAVE NO OTHER BRANCH IN UGANDA )

Francis Ocuga is the Managing Director of Emergency Exit & Partners Ltd since 2013, a lawyer and an Advocate of High Court of Uganda, practising under B EDWARD & Company Advocates, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE-USA ), also worked with MAT-ABACUS as Lecturer of Business Law for the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda.

Francis is also the founder and current managing director of the Chief Executive Officer’s Club East Africa (CEO CLUB EAST  AFRICA )

Prior to 2013, he worked with the Government of Uganda under the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP),  where he served in several capacities including as; Resident State Attorney in the West Nile Districts of Koboko, Yumbe, Maracha, and Adjumani.

Between 2007-2009 he worked with Management and Accountancy Training Company (MAT) as head of Marketing, Crane Bank Ltd (now defunct) as Marketing Executive, East African School of Taxation as Head Marketing.
